Business Process Management & Digitalization

Technology implementation begins with understanding how work is done. We examine activities, responsibilities, information flows and controls, then translate agreed requirements into a practical plan for digitalization. The assessment is a separately scoped professional engagement, subject to an agreed commercial proposal.

01

A defined first engagement: Business Process Assessment

A structured evaluation of an organization's existing processes, information flows, operational bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.

We agree which processes to examine and what information is available. The assessment can include discussions with process owners, review of working documents and mapping of the current operation.

02

Potential deliverables

  • Current-state assessment describing practices, responsibilities and information flows.
  • Process maps showing key activities, decisions and handovers.
  • Identification of operational inefficiencies and their context.
  • Digitalization opportunities assessed against existing tools and constraints.
  • A prioritized implementation roadmap for discussion and decision.

The proposal specifies the processes covered, participants, access requirements, deliverables and timetable. The assessment does not commit you to a subsequent implementation project.

03

Assess

Establish how the process works today, where difficulties occur and what a useful result would look like. Output: an agreed view of the problem and priorities.

04

Design

Define the future process, responsibilities, controls and information requirements. Output: a process design and implementation scope for approval.

05

Implement

Configure or develop the agreed solution and test representative scenarios with the people who will use it. Output: validated functionality and handover documentation within the agreed scope.

06

Support

Prepare users and process owners to operate the solution. Any ongoing support, review or maintenance arrangements are defined in the proposal.

07

Start with the process you need to improve.

Tell us where work becomes difficult to coordinate and which people or systems are involved. We can discuss whether an assessment is the appropriate first step.
